The MataJi Sanctuary

I had an incredible experience with Mataji and I highly recommend this to anybody looking for complete relaxation.

The MataJi Sanctuary teacher training program has changed my life for the better. The layout and training were well organized and cohesive. The classes were in person over about 4 months, and we met every other weekend. We learned the history of Kundalini yoga, the ancient techniques, and meanings; we had an opportunity to teach, and one day was dedicated to playing the sacred gong. Wonderful teacher training! Not to mention, I continue to attend class here and love the community.

Attending the 2026 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training was such a meaningful and transformative experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely accepted and welcomed exactly as I was. As someone who deeply values authenticity, creativity, and personal growth, it was refreshing to be part of a community where I felt seen, supported, and encouraged. The teachings I received at the sanctuary were both deeply rooted in tradition and incredibly relevant to the needs of the modern world.
