Complaints procedure

Accurate Biz List is a waypoint guide to events and leisure businesses in the United States and Canada. If something on the site is wrong, unfair or hard to use, you can complain in writing.

Start with the listing page when your concern is about one business. Copy its address from your browser and say what is wrong: hours, phone, address, website, a Google rating or a quoted review.

Email connect@accuratebizlist.com with subject line "Accurate Biz List complaint". We answer complaints we can tie to a real listing or to this guide.

If you are a business owner or named in a listing, the corrections page has the same steps with more detail on removal.

We do not guarantee a particular response time. We act when we can verify the facts with public records or with the business.

If you are unhappy with the outcome, you may write again with any new evidence. Serious or repeated problems are reviewed by the editor.
