Sarah's Handmade Ice Cream Fallsgrove

About Sarah's Handmade Ice Cream Fallsgrove

Ordering a custom cake or pie from Sarah's

Custom ice cream cakes and pies are the most specific item the company names for an occasion. You order them online, then choose pickup or delivery. The company says its ice cream is made in small batches from all-natural, locally sourced ingredients.

The company describes itself as the work of a mother and daughter from Bethesda. The Fallsgrove shop is one of its three Maryland locations, and it is open from 11 am to 9 pm every day.

Planning catering with Sarah's Handmade Ice Cream

The company says it caters events of many sizes, from small private gatherings to larger formal celebrations. Its options range from a simple self-serve setup to a fully staffed ice cream service. Settle your guest count and the style you want before you get in touch.

NOAA normals for Rockville (1991-2020) give a mean temperature of 55.1 degrees F, with an average high of 63.9 degrees F and an average low of 46.2 degrees F. The same normals put yearly precipitation at 46.5 inches and snowfall at 32.0 inches.

Picking flavors at the Fallsgrove shop

The company lists a current menu of flavors along with seasonal specials. It states that seasonal flavors may only be sold at its scoop shops and through its own online shop. Apps such as Grubhub, DoorDash and UberEats may not carry the limited batch options.

The company also says its mailing list earns points toward free rewards and sends news of new flavors. If a limited flavor matters for your event, buy it at the shop or through the company's own online shop rather than a third-party app.
