Pure Nails and Hair

I went for a gel manicure after calling to confirm they had time. From the start, the tech, Lee, seemed annoyed. Midway through, another employee asked for my card to check me out before the service was even finished. The manicure itself was rushed. Tools seemed unsanitary. Gel was cured onto my skin. The massage was just cuticle oil rubbed onto my hands and the posterior of my forearms. She even cleaned under my nails and dipped the debris into the clean soaking water. The final result was patchy, see-through color that didn’t match the sample. The shaping was ignored. The curing was painful.

Andy was recommended in several reviews that I read and he did an excellent job. Loved his attention to detail
