About On The Levee
Planning an event at On The Levee
Reviewers often point to attentive staff, responsive planning and a space that can be adapted for different event designs. Several describe repeat events there, with praise for the room, current technology and the way details came together. One guest found the amplified sound too loud for dinner-table conversation, so discuss your program's sound level before finalizing the layout.
On The Levee says its Dallas venue has more than 12,000 square feet of flexible space, two furnished suites and capacity for up to 425 guests, depending on event style. It names wedding ceremonies, fundraising galas and fashion shows among its uses. The business is generally open from 9:30 am to noon, with a 9:00 am Tuesday start, and has a 4.8 rating from 277 reviews.
Match the rental to your event format
The venue says a rental includes tables, chairs and bars, an advanced sound system, an on-site venue liaison and 12 hours of facility use. It also describes an open vendor policy, a covered outdoor patio and garage doors, which are useful details to settle for an event that moves between indoor and outdoor space.
Its posted 2026 pricing is $5,500 Monday through Wednesday, $7,000 Thursday, $9,000 Friday, $11,500 Saturday and $6,500 Sunday. Confirm the applicable date and the detailed inclusion list when booking a tour.

Google Reviews
The team at On The Levee exceeded every expectation my Gala committee and I had for our event. They went above and beyond to ensure our event was successful. Cannot recommend OTL enough!
We cannot recommend On The Levee highly enough! From our very first conversation through the conclusion of our event, John and his team were exceptional partners every step of the way. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly made the planning process both seamless and enjoyable. The venue itself provided the perfect setting for our event. The space is stunning, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly versatile, creating an atmosphere that was both elegant and welcoming for our guests.
Beginning to end, my organization received a high level of service and attention. OTL staff were attentive, prompt, courteous, and careful to answer every question. We've now had three events with this venue, and each one has been an exceptional, beautiful experience. The room is infinitely customizable, and that's a huge plus. Current technology, excellent sound...it all just fits together seamlessly! My compliments to all who made our April gala a no-doubter. Thanks, y'all!
