Hello San Diego Tours

the tour was okay, but it felt a bit rushed and lacking personal touch. could use more local insights to enhance the experience.

No one showed up for our 5pm tour. Both telephone numbers don’t work and emails are not replied. Be aware!

Horrible customer service. First, the website includes a phone number that rings busy and is thus, useless. My husband and I were attempting to book a tour for this afternoon. I scoured Google to find a better contact phone number. I did and the person answered the phone with a hello, as if I were calling him for a personal reason. That was confusing because one would think they’d answer the phone with the name of the business. Then, I barely explained one sentence before the male cut me off and said I can just book on the website.
