I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I booked a gel manicure online, but they didn’t have any colors I liked. That was completely okay. I was perfectly happy to switch to a manicure with no polish instead. I had to ask multiple times for my nails to be cut and filed to the same length and shape, and each time my technician sighed as if I was inconveniencing her. She didn’t do my cuticles, and my nails still aren’t the same length or shape. I left with an incomplete manicure and very uneven nails. I can’t believe they charged me for this.

I needed a quick and good pedicure. This place was clean, friendly, and good at the job. Got a pedicure - they use the plastic wrap around which I love for hygiene and the technician gave me a v good foot massage and a little neck/shoulder massage after (not all places do that anymore). I did not have an appt and they accommodated me. I really appreciated this session, especially that it was quick and effective. Will come back

I recently came across one the worst nails salons in manhattan.The nail tech MIA,who I would never forget,when it came to me checking out …literally demanded a tip.I felt so disrespected this place literally has the worst customer service.I should’ve known not to go there once I saw nobody there but never again.I wish I can give this place no stars.
