LaserLine Tiling is a family business based in Christchurch. We are proud of the high-quality tile installations that we provide to our valued customers. James’ tiling career started in 2006 at age 20 in Greater Manchester in the UK. He finished his tiling apprenticeship after 2 years and decided to go to work in Australia. After five years of experience in Australia, he continued his education and gained more knowledge within the tile trade. He decided to follow his dream and cycle overland from Australia, England to support a local charity. He managed to complete the 17000km+ journey just in time for Christmas 2015. All of this was done in aid Derian House, a UK children’s charity. After an 18-month stay in the UK, James and his fiancee decided to return “down under” and move back to Christchurch, NZ. They have been married for 5 years and have started a family. James has worked on many large-scale projects since he moved to Christchurch, including The Riverside Market, The Central Library in Cathedral Square and Westpac Bank on Cashel St. Canterbury University. There are also many high-end homes in Christchurch, from Fendalton through Ferrymead.
