Colton Bilderback, founder and lead plumber of Platinum Full Service Plumbing, first started his professional plumbing career working for a corporate plumbing company, but found that customers weren’t getting the service and fair pricing they deserved. As a kid growing up in Tacoma, he spent many years of his childhood working plumbing jobs alongside his dad where he learned the values of hard work, integrity, quality service, and going above and beyond to provide outstanding value for the customer. Those experiences shaped his lifelong dream to carry on the family tradition and start his own plumbing company as a 2nd generation plumber. To serve local communities, Platinum Full Service Plumbing was founded in early 2019.

About Puyallup
Puyallup ( (listen) pew-AL-əp or pew-AWL-əp) is a city in Pierce County, Washington, United States, located about 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Tacoma and 35 miles (56 km) south of Seattle. It had a population of 42,973 at the 2020 census. The city's name comes from the Puyallup Tribe of Native Americans and means "the generous people".
