I have spent over 60,000 hours on this job since 1970. It has involved many residential and commercial properties. I have installed 1,500 PG&E main entrances, thousands sub panels, and many other jobs without any problems. I have an A.S. in science and electrical (1976-1981). I understand current, voltage, wattage at a molecular scale, which is something that sets me apart from most electricians. When I was thirteen years old, my father had me work on houses. He was a Richmond property appraiser and a local turner. I know every aspect of the property sale, for buyers and sellers. I’ve seen many mistakes, pitfalls and hazards.
